J.L. Sports Injury Services require a 50% deposit upon booking your appointment. Full payment will be taken upon checkout.

Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.

If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in loss of your deposit.
